Blossoming Mama

Posnatal recovery, mum and baby class, fourth trimester, yoga, guided relaxation

Blossoming Mama is a weekly class for all those who are adjusting to their new postnatal body and the changes caused by childbirth – to help you relax, recharge, heal and calm both your body and mind, supporting you as you navigate this new phase of your life. 

 

Blossoming Mama draws on elements of postnatal yoga, mindfulness, pelvic floor recovery,  mind/body movement and relaxation to create one very powerful combination.

 

From calming your mind, adapting to your healing body, settling your emotions to replenishing your reserves.

This class is perfect if you are on maternity leave and want to embark on postnatal recovery. 

Blossoming Mama is suitable from 6 weeks postpartum if you have been signed off by your doctor.  Blossoming Mama is  a baby friendly class and is term time only.
